PS4 – September News
We just talked of processors and one of the points we discussed was the rumor, not very credible, that Nvidia could enter the market for x86 processors. Intel could have jurisdiction in this case, but another rumor turns the tables a bit.
Apparently, some analysts suggest that the future Playstation 4 could come with Larrabee graphics processor, an architecture developed by Intel that offers much greater power than existing solutions by combining several multithreaded cores.
Obviously, there is still quite far off the next generation of consoles, and is not likely before 2012 see them on the market, but what is certain is that different manufacturers, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo are already working on them , however much they deny it apresuen jumps every time a rumor.
